ENGAGEMENT FORUM WA and LEEUWIN OCEAN ADVENTURE FOUNDATION

The Leeuwin Ocean Adventure Foundation aims to enrich the lives of young people through adventure, participation and challenge on Western Australia’s very own tall ship, the STS Leeuwin II. The Foundation and Youth Explorer Voyages are funded through a combination of grants, corporate sponsorships and donations by organizations and the general public. Leeuwin Foundation is an award-winning provider of personal development and leadership programs providing key life skills for young people aged 14-25 to take into their studies, careers and communities.

The Engagement Forum WA is excited to be able to partner with the Leeuwin Foundation in creating a unique and practical opportunity to further support the engagement of a young person each year who would not normally be able to gain such a life changing experience. By providing sponsorship towards the cost of a Youth Explorer Voyage on the STS Leeuwin II, we believe that the skills, challenges and experiences gained by the young person will have a lasting Impact on their participation and engagement with education and overall future.
