This presentation will shine a light on the exciting career opportunities for women in the electrical industry across Western Australia and beyond. With the growth of clean energy projects and demand for skilled tradespeople at an all-time high, the industry is actively seeking greater female participation. We will showcase how the College of Electrical Training (CET) and Electrical Group Training (EGT) are leading this change and introduce the Big Sister initiative – designed to attract, support, and retain women in electrical career pathways.
