Description:
What if school leaving felt empowering, not overwhelming? This session explores how to support young people with disability and neurodiversity to build confidence, skills and purpose. It will share practical, strengths-based strategies such as customised work experience, modified timetables and interest-led learning. With a focus on early planning, choice, control and collaboration with families, NDIS and community supports, the session covers how to create safe, inclusive transitions to enhance student pathways through small, meaningful steps and trusted partnerships
