Positive behaviour underpins all aspects of school success. In this workshop we will explore the need to teach behaviour, what to teach and how to teach behaviour. The workshop will be practical and interactive and look at strategies for pre-primary to Yr 12 students.
Presenter Bio:
Tim is CEO of the Y Western Australia. He was previously the Executive Director of Catholic Education Western Australia, Associate Professor at Edith Cowan University and CEO of Generation One at Minderoo. Tim
has worked with the Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO) as a subject matter expert on the development of classroom management resources for Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) educators, school teachers and leaders. Tim wrote Classroom Management: Engaging Students in Learning to assist teachers and schools change behaviour with his Positive Learning Framework and works with schools and teachers across Australia to develop safe, calm and predictable classrooms.
